Shipping policy
This delivery policy applies to orders placed on www.spill-control-products.co.uk, operated by Express Matting Services Ltd (trading as Spill Control Products UK).
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside the UK through the website; please contact us for a quotation.
Delivery charges
Standard UK delivery costs £9.99 per order (including VAT). The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
- Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
- Delivery then usually takes 2 to 4 working days, so most orders arrive within 5 to 7 working days of ordering.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Large or heavy items (over 30kg) are delivered on a pallet by a tail-lift vehicle. Please make sure there is suitable access and someone available to receive the delivery.
Delivery times are estimates. If an item is out of stock or will take longer than expected, we will contact you with an updated delivery date, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
We will email you when your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your goods on delivery and contact us as soon as possible if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
